The result of a detailed quest and soil assessment, carried out in our vineyards at the national reserve La Palmería de Cocalán, by Pedro Parra, PhD in Terroir, where the granitic soils transmit a special and delicate minerality to the grapes. For the production of this elegant wine, we selected small lots from the best soils in the vineyard, which were hand-farmed under individual dedication and care. The wine undergoes a handcrafted vinification where each team member’s labor is of fundamental importance in the production of this fragrant and delicate Cabernet Franc.
