La Rosa Chardonnay comes from the “Trini” vineyard nestled on the banks of the Cachapoal River. This vineyard benefits form cooling breezes and temperature, which provide the grapes with a crisp acidity and allows them to ripen slowly in the cooler temperatures that characterize this area of the Cachapoal Valley. The carefully selected grapes from block 37 are harvested by hand with great care and then fermented in French oak barrels.
