Home » Recetas » Chef la Rosa » Moist chocolate cake with red berries Moist chocolate cake with red berries (6 Portions)Ingredients:1 ½ cups dark chocolate (70% cacao), chopped200 grams butter3 eggs + 2 yolks½ cup sugar2 tablespoons cornstarch2 cups SOFRUCO red fruits (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)Zest and juice of 1 SOFRUCO orange2 tablespoons powdered sugarPreparation:In a double boiler, melt the chocolate with the butter, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.Place the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl and use an electric mixer to beat the eggs at the highest speed until they are thick, pale, and fluffy.Gradually fold the beaten eggs into the melted chocolate. Add the cornstarch and mix well. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan, filling to the half-way mark.Bake at 180ºC for 25–30 minutes. Remove from oven, cool thoroughly, and remove from the pan.In a bowl, combine the berries with 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, and orange juice and zest. Mix well.Dust the cake with the remaining powdered sugar and serve with the berries.
