Grilled Pork Chops with Herb-Orange Chimichurri

(4 Portions)

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • Salt and pepper
  • For the chimichurri:
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation:

  • Place all of the chimichurri ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Set aside.
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and grill for about 7 minutes per side or until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
  • Serve the pork chops with the chimichurri.
