Grilled Pork Chops with Herb-Orange Chimichurri
(4 Portions)
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- Salt and pepper
- For the chimichurri:
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- Juice and zest of 1 orange
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation:
- Place all of the chimichurri ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Set aside.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and grill for about 7 minutes per side or until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
- Serve the pork chops with the chimichurri.
